Effective January 3, 2021, California requires companies who manufacture, distribute, and sell products using industrial hemp to warn consumers that any level of exposure to THC is known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm.  CBD is not listed as a substance known by the state of California to cause reproductive harm.

While Wyld CBD tests all hemp derived extracts prior to incorporation into our products, and subsequently tests our finished products to ensure there is no detectable THC within our product or ingredient base, we err on the side of caution and transparency and display the Prop 65 warning to California residents visiting our website.
