SUBSCRIPTION USER GUIDE

Accessing my Account
  1. Log into your account here
  2. If this is your fist time accessing your subscription and you are unable to log in, you will need to Create an Account
  3. Manage Subscriptions 
  4. Add or remove a product, change shipment date or cancel subscriptions for any of our products! 

Skip a Shipment

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions 
  3. Edit - Skip Shipment 

Remove or Change Product

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions 
  3. For each Active Subscription you will need to Edit the product you wish to change
  4. Changing Quantity or Variant - Once you are in the product subscription details, click on the Product on the left side, a pop up window will appear and allow you to change the Variant (piece per bottle or cans per pack) and the Quantity
  5. Changing product - Scroll to the bottom of the page, choose "Cancel Subscription" - Cancel Reason "I want a different product or variety" - Proceed and Swap Product - Search or Select the product you would prefer - Edit the Quantity, Delivery Schedule and Variant to your preference - Swap Product
  6. Removing product - Scroll to the bottom of the page - Cancel Subscription - Choose a cancellation reason**

Change Next Charge Date

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions 
  3. Edit the product you wish to change
  4. Choose Next Charge Date
  5. Update Next Shipment Date or Order Now

Change Delivery Schedule

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions 
  3. Delivery Schedule
  4. Manage Subscription for the product of your choice 
  5. Skip or Update Charge Date to day you would like the next order to be placed OR 
  6. Delivery Schedule to change how often your subscription order is placed

Change Product Size or Quantity 

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions
  3. Edit the product you wish to change
  4. Choose the Product and change Variants and/or Quantity

Update Card on File

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage subscriptions
  3. Payment Methods
  4. “Add New Payment Method” then confirm details and Add card
  5. Shipping Methods
  6. Click the down arrow on the shipping address, then “Change Payment Method” (Don’t forget to hit “Save”!)
  7. If multiple shipping addresses are included on the Shipping Page, repeat step 6 for each option
  8. For those updating these details to re-activate a subscription, please update your Next Charge date for each product subscription

Update Shipping Address

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage subscriptions
  3. Shipping Addresses 
  4. Click the down arrow on your shipping address, then “Edit Shipping Address”
  5. If multiple shipping addresses are included on the Shipping Page, repeat step 4 for each option
  6. Click on the Person Icon to go back to your Subscription Home page
  7. Manage Subscriptions
  8. Edit your product subscription and below the “Skip Shipment” button is where the Shipping & Billing details live, ensure the correct shipping address is used and repeat this steps for all active product subscriptions

Adding a Loyalty & Rewards Discount Code to your Next Order

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Manage Subscriptions
  3. Edit the product you wish to apply the discount code to
  4. Below your Email Address is "Apply Discount"
  5. The discount code can be found by logging into your Rewards account here and copying the code after Redeeming your available points!
